I'll Do It! was founded by Pam Knisley who found herself at a crossroads and began developing an idea she had for a business.  Once she began researching her idea she realized that there was already a whole industry ... concierge and errand services growing in leaps and bounds throughout the world, helping busy people free up precious time to enjoy their lives.  She, who like so many, has been juggling the demands of work, family, and community, knew that this type of business was perfect for her.  Her involvement in the business community and experience in management, marketing, and sales gives her a vast amount of knowledge about the Berkshire County area and resources that she and her clients can trust.  She enjoys making connections with others that will inevitably become win-win relationships and knew this was a perfect business to build on the strong relationships she has developed with many local professionals and service providers.  These relationships give her the ability to help link clients with resources best able to serve their needs. 


 
She definitely knows her community, which she tries to better on both a local and international scale.  She is an active member of the Rotary Club of Pittsfield and served as the club's president in 2004/05; she is a board member and officer of the Gladys Allen Brigham Community Center, which is dedicated to children and families, especially girls and is a parent representative on the Pittsfield High School Council.  She has served in leadership roles for several other organizations over the years and is a graduate of Berkshire Enterprises Entrepreneurial Training Program.
